DETER BOLT® CLASSIC
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC is the system designed and patented by Cagnasso s.r.l. for solar and photovoltaic designers and installers who need large quantities.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s screws come with a minimum order of 10,000 pieces, with multiples of 500/750/1000 pieces (depending on length) alltogheter with the corresponding wrenches to fasten and unfasten them.
The importance and effectiveness of the DETER BOLT® CLASSIC system is given by the supplied wrenches, given on loan for its use, that are engraved with a serial number that makes each piece unique and allows their continuous tracking, providing a limited distribution and more security for the customer.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s wrenches make it possible to perform panels’ maintenance or replacement without having to tamper the structure.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC is a security system and an effective deterrent against the theft of panels.
The company will supply only to customers of trust, so the DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s wrenches have a very limited distribution, therefore a potential thief will find himself unable to perform the removal of the panels.
The warranty of limited distribution is the guarantee of security.
THE SCREW
The patented DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s screw head is spherical with a helical shape that does not allow any kind of loosening, if not with its specific wrench.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s screws are designed to enter into any kind of omega or zeta bracket and to be use with a normal clamping force (15N/m) to set perfectly.
The measure is a standard M8 with different lengths:

Standard range from 20 to 50 mm fully threaded.

Special range of less than 20 mm and 55 to 100 mm partially threaded can be produced upon request.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s screws are produced in stainless steel AISI 304, cold forged.
THE WRENCH
The importance and effectiveness of the DETER BOLT® CLASSIC system is given by the use special wrenches for fastening and unfastening.
The illegal copying of the wrenches requires large investments because if not produced with high quality materials, well-defined technical specifications and a perfectly identical shape, they won’t loose the screws.
Each wrench has its own serial code number that makes each piece unique and allows traceability. Custody of the wrenches is given on loan for use in order to ensure a tight control and to protect the customer’s investment.
DETER BOLT® CLASSIC‘s wrenches are made of 50CrV4 material and coated with ZINTEK 200.
CAUTION
While fastening or unfastening, the operator must keep the DETER BOLT®‘s wrench parallel to the screws and pair them on the screw’s head before turning the tool on.
